Join us for this one-week camp for young performers in first through tenth grade at The School for Creative and Performing Arts (SCPA) from July 25, 2022 to July 29, 2022.
Will you go down the dark hallway? Unlock the cellar door? Venture into the wilds of a forbidden forest? Enter a realm of limitless possibilities as you craft scenes for a mysterious adventure! Use the power of your imagination to decide where the story goes as you learn acting, playwriting, improvisation and more. Present your adventure with others in a Shareformance at the end of the week.
Classes Include: Acting, Playwriting, Improvisation, Theatre Crafts, Rehearsal and Performance
Introduce the young theatre fans in your life to the Playhouse for full-day, one-week day camp! Each week offers five exciting courses that are designed to engage in the magic and playfulness of live theatre. All lessons lead up to a five-minute “shareformance” which shares a scene informally with friends and family on the last day of camp.
Tuition is $245 per child and can be purchased on the Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park website. There will be no refunds given after May 25, 2022, for all June camps and June 22, 2022, for all July and August camps. Cancellations before the refund deadline will be honored with a full refund, minus a $25 administration fee.
