Experience one of the great settings of the Passion story in a unique and intimate presentation by Collegium. With a cast of only eight singers accompanied by chamber orchestra, prepare to be transported to Bach’s time with this mystical and spiritual musical masterpiece. Lunch and coffee will be available in the lobby 12:00-12:45 p.m. The Passion will be preceded by an organ prelude, as it would have been in Bach’s time.
We invite the audience to join in singing the chorales during the performance. A short rehearsal will be held at 12:00 p.m. on the day of the performance for those who like to participate.
