Ohio Open Doors- Camp Washington: The Home of Makers

Presented by American Sign Museum at American Sign Museum

Explore the Camp Washington neighborhood of Cincinnati and its rich history as the home of makers. Walking tours of the historic buildings and pop up presentations will highlight the industries that built Camp's reputation as a place for maker's while a farmer's market will highlight some of the makers that call Camp home today.

Walking Tours
4-7pm

Join Camp history buffs for hour-long walking tours departing from the American Sign Museum. Space on each tour is limited so registration is required.  You can register on the Sign Museum's website. Participants may be required to sign liability waivers to enter certain buildings.

Farmers Market at Valley Park
4-6pm

Shop for local goodies and more at the farmer's market

Music and Pop up Presentations
7-9pm

Cap the evening off at the American Sign Museum with music and short presentations on the history of Camp beyond what was featured on the walking tours. Cash bar available.

This program is a part of Ohio History Connection's Ohio Open Doors program and is a collaboration between the American Sign Museum, CWURC, the Cincinnati Preservation Association, LAG Productions, and members of the Camp Washington community.
