This event is to  inform and have all races celebrate aspiring and published authors who are black, indigenous, people of color (BIPOC), who are currently only responsible for about 6% of authorship. Amazon's Best-selling author, Vernon "Elament" Jackson, will be doing a special Book Marketing Workshop. Last year's event  brought 17 local BIPOC authors and 2 publishers from the National Black Book Fair. Space is limited and will go quickly. All book vendors must be BIPOC authors.
