“This exhibit will feature a series of images that document land development sites, art and music festivals, and consumerism with boards of text that give greater contextual meaning to the imagery they see by using statements of sourced facts, statistics, & open-ended questions. The exhibit will not so much tell the viewer what to think, but more so to challenge their perspectives to see what role their individual choices play in the issues at hand. This spans from the things we consume to choices of entertainment we partake in. We will explore this in imagery and the written word, because while in every picture there are a thousand words, sometimes actual words are helpful.”
