Note: Make sure to purchase tickets in one order if you are purchasing for a Twosome or Foursome. Feel free to mix and match ticket styles to reflect each person’s info (ex –  If there are 3 IHC Members and 1 Non-Member on the team then you would select 3 Member tickets and 1 Non-Member and fill in the requested information).
There will also be forms available in the IHC Office for those that prefer to register in person.
Registration Fees include: Kickoff Party Thursday, Greens fee, Cart fee, Lunch, Goody Bag, Door Prizes & Hot Food afterward in the IHC Pub & Green Room
