Twelve painted panels with the theme "Starry Night" are lit up and displayed in store windows that line Fairfield Avenue. Start at Wesbanco, which hosts 7 of the panels, and proceed east along the avenue to see them all. Each panel was painted by a member of the Public Arts Network and sponsored by Wesbanco and InVue.
