Adult Workshop: Watercolors: How to Harness the Colors of Nature

Adult Workshop: Watercolors: How to Harness the Colors of Nature

Presented by Pyramid Hill Sculpture Park & Museum at Pyramid Hill Sculpture Park & Museum

Join artist Cynthia Kukla for this workshop highlighting the spontaneous, rich, and varied qualities of watercolor. Starting with a review of basic color mixing, we will work from still lives of fresh flowers and plants found at Pyramid Hill, focusing on interesting compositions. We’ll warm up with preliminary sketches and quick color studies. Our ultimate goal will be to gain confidence with watercolors, helping you to create watercolor works as individual and dynamic as you! Beginners, pros, and all levels in between are welcome.
