Local photographer and painter Karen Adams brings her solo art exhibition “Through a Local Lens” to the Westheimer Gallery for March 2024

Our March 2024 Westheimer Gallery exhibition features the work of Karen Adams with her solo show, Through a Local Lens!

Local artist Karen Adams is an alumna of Lakota High School and The Art Academy of Cincinnati. Following a long career in Visual Merchandising, Karen is the current photographer for the Cincinnati Playwright Initiative. Her lifelong interest in photography deepened after the birth of her twin grandchildren a few years ago, as she uses her photos to document her life. The subjects of Karen's work for this show range from familiar local sites such as Spring Grove Cemetery and local parks to more distant locales, including Gatlinburg, TN and the Grand Canyon.

Join us for our monthly FIRST FRIDAY Opening Reception Celebration on Friday March 1 from 5:30 - 7:30pm. The Westheimer Gallery and First Fridays are FREE and open to the public. Special Thanks to THE SUBIT FAMILY for sponsoring this month!

Through a Local Lens runs March 1 - 23 in the Westheimer Gallery, Thursdays and Fridays 3PM - 7PM; Saturdays 10AM - 2PM, or by appointment at sharonvillecac@gmail.com.

Parking Info

PARKING: Parking is available in the SCAC lot at the corner of Reading Rd and Walnut St, on our building's south side. Additional free public parking is available in City of Sharonville lots, located around the corner on Walnut behind Cliff Hardware, as well as behind PNC Bank at Reading Rd and Creek Rd.

DIRECTIONS: From I-275: Take exit 46 to Lebanon Rd (US-42). Head south on US 42. Stay to the right on Reading Road. Turn right at Walnut Street.
From I-75: Take exit 15 to head east on Sharon Road. Follow to the left onto Main Street (one-way). Turn left on Walnut Street.
