In different forms, The Well’s programs (Mindful Music Moments, Mindful Poetry Moments, True Body Project, and My True SELF) have been nourishing the community since 2005. In 2019 we became the artist-led non-profit, A Mindful Moment aka The Well. In 2022, we found our home and a beautiful space in Camp Washington and have opened the space for our own events and for the community to host a variety of events including art exhibits, poetry readings, theatre performances, brunch receptions, Christmas parties, and more!
