OUR MISSION

The mission of Commonwealth Sanctuary is to entertain, educate, and enrich all who pass through our doors.

OUR FACILITY

Commonwealth Sanctuary is housed in the historic, former Tower Methodist Church, built in 1914. The original stained glass windows and custom-built, curved pews are all still on site. Now, in its new life as a Community Events Venue, it seats around 60 people. 50 or so on the main floor of the sanctuary with tables, pews, and chairs. And a dozen or so in the choir loft with pews on a tiered floor. We host the best stand-up comedy, music, theatre, and cinema that you can find in the Northern Kentucky and Cincinnati area. The facility features a full sound system, programmable stage lighting, a 150-inch rear projection movie screen, and a concession stand where we serve a full menu, including beer, wine, and cocktails.

PARKING INFO

Parking can be found directly behind Commonwealth Sanctuary in the City of Dayton, KY parking lot, one block east in the second city parking lot by Galactic Chicken, and on the street parking along 6th Ave.
