Procter & Gamble Hall at the Aronoff Center

Procter & Gamble Hall is the Aronoff Center’s largest theater, and seats 2,719, has a fully-equipped stage, state-of-the-art sound and lighting and a beautiful ceiling studded with 3,000 fiber optic lenses that create a starlight effect. The rich color scheme of terra-cotta, teal and ochre is accented with brass trim and cherry wood. Excellent sightlines and comfortable seating add to the enjoyment of any event.

    Accessible Restrooms

    All restrooms in the Aronoff Center are accessible to people with disabilities. Restrooms in the Procter & Gamble Hall are located in the side corridors on both sides of the lobbies (except Balcony – restrooms located on the north side of the lobby only).

    A companion care restroom for guests needing the assistance of a companion/parent or for individuals requiring complete privacy is located on the north side of the Loge lobby.

    Aronoff Center provides designated drop-off and pick-up zones located on the south side of Seventh Street between Walnut and Main Streets.

    The Gallery entrance is handicap accessible and leads to an elevator that stops on all levels of the Procter & Gamble Hall. There is also an elevator located near the Aronoff Center Ticket Office.

  • Service Animal

    Service animals are always welcome and should remain on a leash or in a harness at all times. If you plan to bring a service animal to an event, please notify your ticketing services representative at the time of purchase.

  • Wheelchair Access

    A courtesy wheelchair is available upon request on a first-come, first-served basis for patrons needing assistance from the lobby to their seats. Patrons can ask any staff member or volunteer usher for assistance.

Please notify a ticketing services representative at the time of purchase to request accessibility accommodations. In addition to the services mentioned above, we also have the following:

Automatic accessible doors are located at the Weston Art Gallery entrance on the plaza near Seventh and Walnut Streets.

Accessible seating is available in all theaters for patrons not able to transfer out of their wheelchairs or with other seating needs. Please contact the Ticket Office at (513) 621-2787 in advance to discuss your needs.

For accessible seating in the Procter & Gamble Hall, enter the building at street level. Take either elevator to:

- Level 3 for Orchestra seating, Orchestra Box B, and Loge Box E
- Level 4 for Loge seating and Balcony Box C & F
- Level 5 for Balcony seating

PARKING INFO

The Aronoff Center for the Arts is situated in the urban core of downtown Cincinnati. With more than 6,000 parking spaces within a two-block radius, there are a variety of parking options for guests attending performances at the Aronoff Center.

Independently operated valet parking is available for most evening performances at establishments adjacent to the Aronoff Center on Sixth Street and Walnut Street.

Guests attending performances are also encouraged to use the Aronoff Center’s designated drop-off and pick-up zone located on the south side of Seventh Street between Walnut and Main Streets. This location provides quick and easy access to the venue through the Aronoff’s North Plaza and Weston Art Gallery entrances. The Gallery entrance is handicap accessible and leads to an elevator that stops on all levels of the Procter & Gamble Hall.

Please note that the Aronoff Center does not own or manage the parking facilities  listed below. Parking rates are subject to change and are posted at each garage / lot.
