Las Vegas Bling! High-Rollers’ Dinner

Press your luck with this Las Vegas Bling Dinner! Work with Chef Alcid in creating a high-roller’s dinner consisting of Wagyu Beef Skewers with Soy Tare, Shrimp Cocktail with Wasabi Cocktail Sauce, Smoked Salmon Pizza, and Tableside Caesar Salad.  Vegan substitutions can be made – just let us know!  Students will work in pairs. Class is for ages 21+. Wine and Beer will be served.
