Mike Simpson brings his nature photography to the Westheimer Gallery at the Sharonville Cultural Arts Center for August 2023.
August 2023 brings the photography of Michael Simpson to the Westheimer Gallery with Capturing Nature’s Magic!
Mike Simpson has been shooting pictures for over forty years. He started with old barns and moved on from there. He was very successful during the Tall Stacks events and also sold art from a gallery in Indianapolis. He got hooked on birds and their personalities and has now branched out to a range of different landscape and nature photography. Composition and light are what he looks for in a good photo, and capturing only what his eye sees without any color enhancing.
Join us for our opening reception on FIRST FRIDAY August 4 from 5:30 – 7:30pm and welcome Mike back to the Westheimer Gallery! Enjoy complimentary refreshments and meet the artist.

PARKING: Parking is available in the SCAC lot at the corner of Reading Rd and Walnut St, on our building's south side. Additional free public parking is available in City of Sharonville lots, located around the corner on Walnut behind Cliff Hardware, as well as behind PNC Bank at Reading Rd and Creek Rd.
DIRECTIONS: From I-275: Take exit 46 to Lebanon Rd (US-42). Head south on US 42. Stay to the right on Reading Road. Turn right at Walnut Street.
From I-75: Take exit 15 to head east on Sharon Road. Follow to the left onto Main Street (one-way). Turn left on Walnut Street.
