Presenting Nathan Laube, Organist
Nathan Laube is Associate Professor of Organ at the Eastman School of Music. His extensive recital
career includes concert halls of Philadelphia, San Francisco, Dallas, Seattle, Nashville, Kansas City,
Los Angeles, Vienna, Hamburg, Berlin, London and Paris. Known for his brilliant playing and creative
programming (including his own transcriptions of orchestral works), Mr. Laube has earned high
praise from critics and peers alike.
Program: Overture to Tannhäuser, Grand March from Tannhäuser, Richard Wagner; Prelude in
G-minor (Alla marcia), Op. 23, No. 5, Sergei Rachmaninoff: Variations on “Weinen, Klagen, Sorgen,
Zagen,” Franz Liszt; Sonata Eroica pour Grand Orgue, Op. 94, Joseph Jongen.
With Principal Clarinet of Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra, Christopher Pell: Clarinet Sonata,
Op. 167, Camille Saint-Saëns; Première Rhapsodie, Claude Debussy.

Cincinnati Museum Center parking is $6 per vehicle (cash or credit) , $4 after 4:30 p.m. and free for Members. The parking lot is located in front of Union Terminal and accessed from our main drive off Western Ave.
