Inaugural of SOS ART collective exhibit and event for Peace and Justice by Greater Cincinnati artists.
Join us for the opening of the 20th annual SOS ART exhibition. More than 150 Greater Cincinnati artists will participate in this year’s SOS ART event at the Art Academy of Cincinnati, from Friday, June 24th to Sunday, July 10th, 2022. The exhibit will also include miniprints on peace and justice by more than 40 artists from all over the USA. The event is a kaleidoscopic community view on the sociopolitical world. Works by local artists make powerful and diverse statements in support of justice and peace locally, nationally and worldwide.
The opening night, which includes introductory remarks, music, and a potluck reception, is Friday, June 24, 6 – 9pm.

6pm: Opening of the Art show
6:30pm: Introductory notes by Joe Girandola, artist and President of AAC; and reflections by
SOS Artists Judith Serling-Sturm, Jimi Jones, Matt Reed
7-9pm: Potluck Reception and Music Entertainment by the “Lastboppers”
