The Cincinnati Community Orchestra

The Cincinnati Community Orchestra performs Hector Berlioz’s dramatic symphony Harold in Italy featuring Lila Brown, viola, on May 7 at 7:30 PM.

On Saturday, May 7, 7:30 PM, violist Lila Brown will join the Cincinnati Community Orchestra to perform Hector Berlioz’s dramatic symphony Harold in Italy in the final concert of the season. This concert is the first Ohio appearance for Ms Brown, whose distinguished career has seen her in the Boston Symphony, the Camerata Academica Salzburg, and Frankfurt’s Ensemble Modern. The balance of the program includes William Grant Still’s Danzas de Panama, the Fanfare to La Peri by Paul Dukas.
