SPLASHES OF COLOR features 8 watercolor and pastel artists from the Essex Studios Art Circle, including Sherry Goodson, Brenda Hug, Gurdev Mangat, Mary Jo Sage, Betty Smith, Connie Springer, Suzi Wycoff, and their art mentor Ken Landon Buck.
“A sacred circle of learning through art and friendship” is how the late Wyoming, Ohio artist Pat Painer once described the Art Circle.
Seven Art Circle members are joined by their instructor and mentor, Ken Landon Buck, a renowned local artist.
The opening reception is May 19, from 6-8 pm. Come for refreshments and a view of 8 talented artists. All artwork is for sale.
The exhibit runs from May 18 to May 30, 2023. The gallery is closed Mondays and is open Tuesdays-Fridays, 10 am – 2 pm and on weekends, 1 pm – 4 pm
