Celebrate Black History Month with DCDC’s The Black Tour
The Black Tour celebrates joy wrapped in a blanket of Blackness. This performance uplifts the breadth and connectivity of Black kinship. The performance wraps us all in a rich heritage of storytelling that will inspire all. The Black Tour is grounded by a world-premiere, new commission by Guggenheim Fellow, Tommie-Waheed Evans entitled Home/ An Untitled Portrait; along with three other additional works. This marks the start of a two-year tour, which also includes many Historically Black Colleges and Universities. For tickets www.daytonlive.org or 937-228-3630. Tickets start at $15.
