ArtsWave: Arts x Tech Challenge

ArtsWave: Arts x Tech Challenge is a groundbreaking collaboration between ArtsWave, Fifth Third Bank, Cintrifuse and the Startup Community. We are bringing together some of the brightest minds in the city to solve real challenges in some of the world’s most historic arts organizations over a weekend problem-solving event, or as we like to call it in the startup world, a hackathon.

Think of it as part art, part technology, part entertainment – and all inspiration.

7 p.m. Presentation of Challenges, Beer Hall

Saturday, April 9

8 a.m.-9 p.m. Team Work at Union Hall

• Coffee, water and snacks will be provided throughout the day.
• Experts and coaches in a variety of disciplines also will be on hand.

3-7 p.m. Toast to the Arts at Halfcut,1126 Walnut St. (screen printing demonstrations)

9 p.m. Leave Union Hall – teams can continue working offsite

Sunday April 10

8 a.m.-4 p.m. Team Work at Union Hall

6 p.m. Presentation of Solutions, Beer Hall

8 p.m. Judges’ Decision and Wrap-Up, Beer Hall
