Artichoke is owned by husband and wife team Brad and Karen Hughes. They have designed a store at Findlay Market to meet the needs of experienced and novice cooks, those who are new to the Market, as well as those who are regulars. At Artichoke, you’ll find all the basics, along with unique and classic pieces not available elsewhere. In addition, they strive to find one-of-a-kind handmade items for your kitchen, made locally.
