The Power of Music

The mission of The Power of Music (” POM®”) is to enhance the lives of people who are isolated or disconnected from the broader community – e.g., people seeking shelter, food, or medical care and people living in senior residences or transitional living facilities – by connecting with them and bringing them the joy of live music performed by high school students.

We believe in the unique power of music to unite people, increase happiness, and positively impact physical and mental health. POM® contributes in-kind and monetary gifts to organizations meeting the needs of our isolated and detached community members.

Our vision is a world where people and communities are joyous, strong, and united through the power of music, and no one feels isolated or disconnected from the broader community.
