Perfect Purity follows Mary, a young Christian woman pursuing her calling by working as a traveling purity instructor. After an unexpected interaction Mary continues her work presenting to a youth group, but the seeds of doubt have been sown. What happens when your beliefs may cause more harm than good?

Artist Bio: Madeline Mitchell is a theatre artist and journalist living in Cincinnati. She graduated from Miami University in 2019. Her playwrighting debut was in the same year, with the production of "The Experience of a Young Woman in Hitler's Europe." She also directed and acted at Miami and performed with the Fairfield Footlighters earlier this year. She's grateful to the festival for this opportunity and gives love to her team, family and friends for their support.
