Join the Cincinnati Boychoir for our third annual Scavenger Hunt around Cincinnati, Newport, and Covington!
Join the Cincinnati Boychoir for a fun, educational tour through iconic sites in downtown Cincinnati, Newport, and Covington while collecting clues for our third annual Boychoir Scavenger Hunt! Participants will have the choice to complete one or both scavenger hunt routes: a 6 stop route through around Covington and the Roebling Bridge, or a 9 stop route through Newport and over the Purple People Bridge into Cincinnati. These two journeys will connect you to both Boychoir history and to this city that we’re proud to call home.
Successful game entries for either the Covington and Newport/Cincinnati paths will be entered to win raffle prizes, and you will get 2 raffle entries if you successfully complete both. Gameplay can be completed at your own pace, and each path should take a couple hours if done all at once. All stops are outdoors, and each cluster of clues are close by and generally walkable.

Individual: $40 - Includes 1 entry per route, 1 t-shirt, 1 swag box
Family: $100 - Includes 3 entries per route, 3 t-shirts, 3 swag boxes
Add-On Package (to Family Registrations Only): $20/person -Includes 1 extra entry per route, 1 t-shirt. Max 2 per family registration.
Individual Sponsor, Tier 1: $100 - Includes exclusive, one-time access to a surprise 2023-24 Cincinnati Boychoir event, your name displayed in the Gameplay Booklet and on the Gameplay Landing Page, and affiliation with the Cincinnati Boychoir's network of donors and benefactors. Deadline May 21 to have your name printed in the booklet. Sponsorships do not include gameplay registration; registration must be purchased separately.
Individual Sponsor, Tier 2: $50 - Includes your name displayed on the Gameplay Landing Page and affiliation with the Cincinnati Boychoir's network of donors and benefactors. Sponsorships do not include gameplay registration; registration must be purchased separately.

Registration Details:
To guarantee swag boxes and t-shirts registrations must be completed by May 19.
To receive game play packets, registrants must make arrangements to pick up packets between 10am-4pm, June 2-4 at the Aronoff Center for the Arts, Fifth Third Lobby (655 Main St). Distribution cannot otherwise be guaranteed.
Late registrations will be accepted through June 17, and all recipients will receive a pdf copy of the game play booklet.
Physical materials will be distributed to late registrants while supplies last, and distribution cannot be guaranteed.
Registration is required to be eligible for raffle prizes. 1 entry = 1 ticket into raffle (upon successful completion of scavenger hunt of either route, completing both routes will net you 2 raffle entries).
Add-on packages may only be purchased as an add-on to a family registration.

Key Dates
May 19 - Registration Deadline (to guarantee swag box and t-shirt). Registrations received after this date will receive physical materials while supplies last. PDF versions of the program booklet will be made available to all participants.
May 21 - Deadline for Tier 1 individual sponsors to have their name appear in the booklet.
June 2- 4 - Packet Pickup from 10am to 4pm at Aronoff Center for the Arts, Fifth Third Bank Theater Lobby at the corner of 7th St and Main St.
June 2 - June 18 - GAME ON! Entries must be received no later than 11:59PM on June 18th, 2023 to be considered for prizes.
June 20 - Winner announcement! Winners will be announced on social media and contacted directly.
