In a 12-hour workshop held over six weeks, attendees will learn advanced cutting and joining. Attendees also learn technical, business and design training.
A hands-on opportunity to gain knowledge of the different techniques used in the trade. Students may be asked to bring some additional materials.
Mr. Willie Evans has been teaching framing since 2013 but has been involved in the art and framing community since the middle 1970s. He is a self-taught freelance artist in the framing business who has attended several framing schools given by the Professional Picture Framing Association and completed Advance Framing Techniques in 1986. He has operated a couple of frame shops over the years and is presently operating a mobile framing business. Mr. Willie Evans has a flair for teaching that he brings from teaching Sunday School at his church for over 30 years.
