Welcome to ArtsWave Days, Brought to you by Macy’s. February 3 is Play Day, one of 12 ArtsWave Days and part of the 2018 ArtsWave Community Campaign. Cincinnati Shakespeare Company presents a day of Shakespearean fun for families, including a mini performance of “A Midsummer Night’s Dream” for families with children ages 6-12, Cincinnati Children’s Choir’s Bel Canto Choir, shaker-making with Ritmo and an interactive performance of some of the Bard’s most important works.

Ritmo, an interactive rhythm instrument making and playing workshop, will help families make and play their own egg shakers.
1 - 1:45 p.m.
“A Midsummer Night’s Dream,” A mini performance for families with children from 6-12 of this William Shakespeare classic.
2 p.m.
The Cincinnati Children’s Choir’s Bel Canto choir will perform a variety of songs for family audiences in a 30 minute performance.
3 p.m.
“Why Shakespeare?," an interactive performance for families with middle and high school students featuring some of the Bard's greatest speeches and scenes.
