Join Chef Alcid for a dinner class focused on the Vietnamese favorite – Banh Mi! Prepare Banh Mi baguettes, Vietnamese style mayonnaise, glazed pork belly, Tiger salad, and Vietnamese Style Iced Coffee. Vegan substitutions can be made – just let us know! Class is for ages 16+
