Coffee and tea lovers unite at the 2021 Cincinnati Coffee Festival

Coffee and tea lovers from all over the region join world-class roasters, coffee shops, purveyors of fine food, and professional baristas at the 2021 Cincinnati Coffee Festival. Guests will enjoy hundreds of free tastings of the finest coffees, teas, pastries, chocolates, and savory foods, and vote for their favorite brew in the People’s Choice event. .The weekend will include live music, latte art demos, the chance to see the latest equipment and accessories, and demonstrations with industry experts.

The Cincinnati Coffee Festival is the largest and most entertaining coffee event in the Midwest and is the largest fundraiser for the Ohio River Foundation. As its tagline says, Without Great Water, You Can’t Have Great Coffee.

Tickets will be limited to prevent overcrowding, so guests are encouraged to purchase their tickets in advance to reserve their space. Don’t miss this incredible caffeinated event!

VIP GOLD PASS
Friday, October 22 - Sunday, October 24
Are you one of the top coffee lovers in the area? Then the all-access VIP Gold pass is for you. Come and go all weekend and attend as many sessions and presentations as you like. The VIP Gold Pass includes a free barista grade cappuccino coffee cup (cups handed out on Saturday) and preferred access (no waiting in line!). Friday night includes hors d’oeuvres by Eat Well and exclusive specialty coffee, and features the exciting Latte Art Throwdown. Saturday and Sunday include free samples from vendors, including coffee, tea, chocolate, baked goods, and more. The weekend event also includes live music and professional demos. As always, remember to vote in the People’s Choice Competition. There are a limited number of VIP Gold tickets, so buy yours now.

FRIDAY NIGHT PLATINUM BUZZ
Friday, October 22, 7:00pm - 10:00pm
This special session is for VIP and VIP Gold ticket holders. The exclusive event includes specialty coffee and tea drinks, and features the always-popular Latte Art Throwdown competition and hors d’oeuvres by Eat Well. This will be the only time during the weekend to see the Latte Art Throwdown. The Platinum Buzz ticket is for Friday evening only (limited to 250 guests). For full weekend access, select a VIP Gold Pass.

For the budget-minded, the Coffee Lite session offers the same access and vendor sampling without presentations or music. Saturday only.

PARKING INFO

Several parking options surround Music Hall. A 450-space underground garage at Washington Park is located directly across Elm Street from the front doors of venue. This convenient garage also has handicapped parking and elevators. A surface lot between Music Hall and Memorial Hall is accessible from Elm Street and Central Parkway. Convenient parking is also available at the Town Center Parking (CET) Garage on Central Parkway. Pay-on-entry parking is $10-$15 for special events at all nearby lots. For more information about parking at Music Hall, call (513) 744-3344.

Handicapped-Accessible Parking: There are several handicap-designated spots at the Washington Park Garage across the street from Music Hall, as well as at the surface lot located between Music Hall and Memorial Hall and in the Town Center (CET) Garage on Central Parkway. We recommend arriving early for the best parking. You may also drop off patrons in front of Music Hall on Elm Street and then park. If you require wheelchair assistance, please alert a security officer and they will contact a staff member to bring a wheelchair out to the curb and assist you to your seats.

Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update

Info regarding how this event is being affected by the Coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis.:

As we welcome you back to the Aronoff Center and Music Hall, the health and well-being of our audiences, staff, volunteers, and artists remains our number one priority. In cooperation with the resident arts organizations at our venues, we have implemented layers of defense against COVID-19, including the Health and Safety Guidelines listed below. Due to the high levels of COVID-19 transmission in Hamilton County and the surrounding area, all guests, staff, and volunteers are required to wear masks at all times in our venues, regardless of vaccination status. This policy is effective immediately and until further notice. In addition, beginning September 13, 2021, ticket holders 12 years of age and older will be required to show a proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test for entry into the Aronoff Center and Music Hall. Requirements for children under 12 years old will be determined by each of our venue’s resident companies. In addition, specific health protocols and procedures may vary by organization.
