Take a tour of the ten iconic Cincinnati restaurant signs and the signature local dishes behind them with Dann Woellert. Together, you’ll explore Cincinnati chili, goetta, Cincinnati style pizza, hanky panky, and grape pie among others and get a delicious bite of the Cincinnati region’s food history.
About the presenter: Woellert is a food historian and author, with eight books about regional food history. He’s been on such shows as the History Channel’s Food the Built America and NPR.
