Creative Aging Yoga: IN-PERSON
Adapted for all experience, fitness, and wellness levels. Explore the fundamentals of yoga to calm the mind while improving flexibility, balance, and core strength. Begin with yoga breathing techniques and movements to warm muscles and joints, followed by basic yoga postures. End with a guided deep relaxation to feel refreshed and energized. Wear clothes that allow you to move freely. All instructors are certified yoga teachers. Mats and props are provided, but students may bring their own.
