Food + Music Tertulia!
Bringing together a shared passion for chamber music and food, concert:nova invites James Austin Smith of New York City’s Tertulia to Cincinnati’s blossoming culinary arts scene. Chef Jose Salazar has created a prix fixe menu at his new restaurant, Mita’s, to delight the taste buds while the musicians of concert:nova delight the ears.
First course: Local Burrata cheese and roasted beets salad, endive, pears, pear coulis, pepitas
Main course: Kentucky beef tenderloin, olive oil crushed potatoes, cumin roasted carrots, pequillo peppers, salsa verde, beef jus
Vegetarian option will feature all of the above plus roasted cauliflower and pomegranate seeds as substitute
Pescatarian option will substitute crispy skin red fish
Dessert: Polvorone cookie, port poached pears, squash butter, candied walnuts
At the Bar:
*Small manchego cheese plate with serrano ham, olives and house made pickles

Prix Fixe- $75.00 & includes the concert ticket a seat at a table, and Chef Salazar's three-course menue.
Bar- $40.00 & includes a concert ticket, a seat at the bar and a tapas meal.
