Garden to Table Lunch

Join Chef Noel in creating a fresh and delicious lunch from our garden!  Proteins from the store will be paired with selections from our garden to create a fresh and seasonal meal. Menu will be determined depending on what’s available in our garden – so arrive with an open mind (and mouth)! Class is for ages 21+. students will work in pairs or teams. Vegan and Vegetarian options available – please indicate in “notes” section of registration!

Meal timing, planning
Plating and garnishing
Sauté, bake, simmer, etc.
