Summertime is time to play in the dirt, plant some seeds, and learn about how things grow. Working with a master gardener, participants explore plants, pollinators, and the dynamic ecosystem in which we live. Explore the world of worms, meet amazing plants, and exercise your science skills. The Gardeneers will produce a beautiful garden for Oxford residents and its visitors to enjoy!
Camp fees include garden activity book, “Gardening Lab for Kids: 52 Fun Experiments to Learn, Grow, Harvest, Make, Play, and Enjoy Your Garden”, a 3-piece garden tool set, seeds, and a bag to carry it all.
Requires comfortable clothing, athletic shoes, and a water bottle.
Participants get an OCAC t-shirt.
