Philadelphia-based Kindred, the Family Soul, is an anomaly in a business filled with fly-by-night trends, single-minded artists, and one-hit wonders. The down-to-earth, married couple is not afraid to flaunt love and commitment on the stage while developing unique soulful music. The husband-and-wife duo, Fatin and Aja, bring magnetic chemistry, showmanship, and insightful songwriting to the stage.
The band leveled up the Philadelphia sound, which made it famous with the release of the Love Has No Recession album. This new album brings a rollercoaster of emotions with an ultimate message of hope and faith. The duo worked with musicians like Snoop Dogg, Chuck Brown, Raheem Devaughn, Bilal, and Ursula Rucker for this album.
