Mindful Music Moments: ArtsWave Edition
Some days are more stressful than others.
In moments of crisis and stress, we can find courage, inspiration, hope and camaraderie in the arts – music, theater, dance, festivals, museums and more. Cincinnati arts are eager for you to resume participating in their activities as soon as it’s safe to do so. The brief musical selections, featuring the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra and Cincinnati Opera, are preceded by short, guided meditations designed to reconnect you with the arts and nurture your spirit.
