Alan and Diane hold a seance to resurrect Alan’s ex-wife.

Alan has been happily remarried to Diane for years, but he falls apart after his tumultuous ex-wife Maddie dies. Diane turns to her academic studies into spiritualism to conjure Maddie’s ghost in a desperate bid to give Alan – and herself – the closure they need.
