Opening Reception: Imagine

CCAC presents Imagine by Leslie Getz, the winner of CCAC’s thirteenth annual Golden Ticket exhibition. Getz’ work strives to make the intangible tangible, and to create images that make sense of what she doesn’t understand. Working primarily in graphite and watercolor, her self-portraits capture the messy nature of human emotions, and the complications of our inner worlds. Imagine looks forward to a future world where differences and genuine expression are celebrated, and the world “can be as one.”
