Umin:
Umin is the solo project of Cincinnati musician Kevin Poole. Started in 2007, umin splices together acoustic and electronic sounds from a disparate variety of sources including a baritone ukulele, Nintendo Gameboys and animal bones. umin’s arsenal of sound creates layers of textures and melodies that morph between structured compositions and glitched-out ambient collage.
