A celebratory group exhibition of artworks from KHAC Art Instructors who have shared their knowledge and skills with us over the years.
Since its founding in 2004, Kennedy Heights Arts Center has partnered with talented artist educators to offer art classes, camps, and workshops for kids and adults in a wide variety of mediums. The Teachers’ Lounge: Works by KHAC Art Instructors Past & Present is a group exhibition of a variety of artwork, celebrating all the accomplished art instructors who have shared their knowledge and skills with us over the years, and who continue to inspire us not only with their teaching abilities, but through their own creative artworks. Exhibition will be on view in the Kennedy Gallery from January 22 to March 12, 2022.
Opening Reception: Saturday, January 29, 2022 from 6-8pm. Free & open to the public. Masks are required inside the Arts Center at all times.

All are invited to attend a free opening reception on Saturday, January 29 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm. Free and Open to the public. For the health and safety of our staff, volunteers, and guests, all guests are required to wear KN95 or N95 face masks fitting securely over their mouth and nose while inside the building regardless of vaccination status. We will provide KN95 masks for those who do not have them. For the Opening Reception of “The Teachers’ Lounge: Works by KHAC Art Instructors Past & Present,” guests must show proof of full, up to date COVID vaccination status or provide a negative COVID test to enter.
Option 1: Proof of Full, Up to Date Vaccination
Guests 12 years of age or older may show proof of full, up to date COVID vaccination, including the recommended boosters, to enter accompanied by a photo ID. “Fully vaccinated up to date” means that the Opening Reception date (January 29, 2022) is at least 14 days after the guest’s final vaccine dose.

Option 2: Negative COVID PCR Test
Guests 5 years of age or older may show proof of a negative COVID PCR test taken within 72 hours of performance to enter.
The following will be accepted as proof of a negative COVID-19 test result:
A printed document (or copy of such document) from the test provider or laboratory, OR
An email or text message displayed on a phone or electronic device from the test provider or laboratory.
The information provided should include the name of the person tested, the type of test performed, the date of the negative test result (the date must be 72 hours prior to the event date; Antigen test result date must be 24 hours prior to the event), and the name of the provider or laboratory that conducted the test.
