The Fillmore Wind Program is a Cincinnati area non profit focused on advancing wind bands to the general public. The program consists of three groups- The Fillmore Wind Band, the Fillmore Philharmonic Brass, and the Fillmore Chamber Winds.
The Fillmore Wind Band has performed at OMEA, KMEA, local universities and schools and has been selected to perform as a featured performer at the 2017 Midwest Clinic International Band and Orchestra Conference. The wind band is Conducted by Dr. James Daughters.
The Fillmore Philharmonic brass is a British styled Brass Band that has been active in regional competitions in the tri-state area. The band placed first in it’s division of the Ohio Brass Arts Festival in 2016, and placed second in it’s division as the prestigious 2017 North American Brass Band Association contest. The band is conducted by Dr. Stephen Lytle.
The Fillmore Chamber Winds performs regularly as part of the Fillmore wind program concerts, as well as performances at local universities. The chamber group is conducted by Dr. Terence Milligan.
