Join Chef Kara Fairfield for a class all about Charcuterie boards! Learn to build attractive charcuterie boards, as well as a variety of dips, snacks, and treats to add and make it your own: homemade lemony whipped ricotta, spiced mixed nuts, strawberry chocolate bark, quick-pickled red onions, olive tapenade and parmesan crisps! Students work in pairs. Class is for ages 21+
