Join us for an Oscar Night Gala to celebrate middle school and high students’ achievements in the Cinematic Arts. The evening includes a cocktail reception, formal dinner, wine pull, silent auction, and live streaming of the 91st Academy Awards.
The Underground Academy of Cinematic Arts is an arts/education nonprofit that is committed to helping students discover their stories through film/media/broadcast, providing teens with educational programming, competition, award recognition, teen experiences, and a sense of community.
Our mission it to educate students in the cinematic arts, empowering them to contribute to and effect change in a world where moving images have the potential to change lives. Our vision is to create a space where Cincinnati and Midwestern teens can discover a passion for the cinematic arts, sharpen their artistic skills, explore their faith, and hone their ability to tell transforming and transcendent stories that impact and change culture.
