Join Eliana Batsakis, from Next in Fashion Season 2 on Netflix, in this 3 hour educational workshop as she explores storytelling through costume and fashion design.
Join The Ghostlight Stage Company as we present our very first FREE educational workshop, “Storytelling through Garment with Eliana Batsakis.” Eliana was most recently seen competing on Netflix’ Next in Fashion Season 2! This fun educational workshop explores how to tell a story through costume and fashion design. Students will be taken through a history lesson with Eliana highlighting famous story-telling fashion & costume designers, do some sketching of their own inspired by a new story they create together, and take home some sample materials for future inspiration. Additionally, there will be a Q&A session at the end of the workshop where Eliana will answer questions about her design process, her time on Next in Fashion, and more!
This is a family friendly event and all our welcome to join, but curriculum is especially curated for teens ages 15-19.
